The customs law is a branch of commercial law that regulates the movement of goods either import or export case, in addition to imposing sanctions on individuals who commit violations to these regulations. There is usually a special procedure for the imposition of sanctions for these reason.

The customs law is of great importance for the commercial and fiscal policy of a country, since through this law regulate the possible protectionist measures to protect the internal market from competition from foreign products.>
